“Bob Tedesco was our builder of our custom walkout 3,417 square foot Tudor house in 2009 and we highly recommend him as a builder because of his outstanding management skills, honesty, and tenacity to get the best price at the best possible quality. Bob's quote was very competitive and we contracted Bob to build our house under 'contract management', Under this arrangement we were able to understand the exact cost of our house versus the target finished cost in detail whenever we wanted.
