A second generation builder and a graduate of Michigan State University in Building Construction Management, Bob has over 20 years experience in the industry. During this time the company has established a team devoted to building exceptional quality homes while offering tremendous price advantages. Silverado has developed distinctive, handcrafted homes throughout Southeastern Michigan ranging in size from 1700 square feet to over 11,000 square feet.

The core of Silverado's success is the relationships it develops with its customers. Bob works closely with each client through the entire process of building the home, from design to completion. He personally conducts several walkthroughs during construction to keep buyers informed of the schedule and introduce them to their home. Bob is an active member in the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan. The BIA has been an important resource for Silverado. Silverado's commitment to excellence has earned the company and Bob Tedesco the BIA Builder of the Year Award in 2009, a designation as one of the best in the building profession.
